Hi everyone. My name is Bob and my wife's name is Mary. Our primary residence is in New Jersey. We also have a condo near Disney. We travel to Florida at least 4 time per year and just can't wait for next visit. Several months ago we toured several sample homes in The Villages, check out the area and spoke to some residents. We were impressed. So impressed that we are seriously considering The Villages for our retirement. Over the next several months I'll be doing research. Any help with pre-owned listing, Realtor we sites etc. will be welcomed.

Hi and welcome to TOTV. I'm sure several will come along and give you the name of their realtors. Just be sure and get one that works for The Villages and one outside agent. That is the only to see both those homes sold by TV (new and preowned) and on the MLS.

BTW -- I really like Ron Belk for TV agents. He doesn't push, is patient and is as happy to show you preowned listings as he is new. (Many push the new homes too hard IMO.)

Log on to The Villages.com and search the 'pre-owned homes' site on the top left. Many wonderful homes to chose from.

As for realtors, everyone has their favorite but each and every one of them is outstanding or they would not be working here in The Villages. :)
