Can anyone help me? I am so frustrated!!!!! I have a Mac. I do some shopping online :) and recently when I access any of the different store sites, like Qvc, Crate & Barrel, Pier 1 etc, the minute I click on something on their opening page I get a survey. It's from a company called "oficialsurveyscenter.co". That is the correct spelling, only one "f". I have never taken the survey when it comes up. There is no "Unsubscribe" in the Terms and Conditions, which is a mile long. I know this is my fault. Somewhere along the line I must have click on something that started this nightmare. I googled "unsubscribe from oficialsurveryscenter.com" but it only brings me to there Term & Conditions page. Any ideas how to get rid of this. Any help would be appreciated.

Hi
It is a spam site. What are you using for a browser to search the Internet? Chrome or what? Whatever you are using, search clean the cache, it should tell you how to clean what is in easy terms caught up in there. Make sure you know all of your passwords for any site, like TOTV, and clean the cache for the last month it should resolve any problems. I was a tech teacher, if you need more help PM me here. Legitimate sites you should be able to recover any of your passwords via the email you used

That happened to our PC last week when my husband downloaded Google Earth. I suspect the download was from an unofficial website. VAFMusic and GetSavin attached to the computer and it wouldn't let us browse any more. It was maddening! The Uninstall and Manage Add-ons didn't work. Finally what did work was to restore the computer to an earlier date, two days prior, in this case. End of problem. thank heavens.

That does work with a PC but not a MAC. Make sure you clean your browser cache, especially if you are using Google Chrome. You may also use private browsing on both types of machines with Internet browsers it keeps this from happening again
