We just bought a new "All-in-one" computer too with Windows 8. I was a little bit concerned about the Windows 8 at first, but after a couple days we both picked it up. We love it now. Did you get the touch screen? I could see where it would be harder without touch screen. We were able to use our old MS Office 2007 and MS Streets and Trips 2000 which I didn't expect. We did need to buy a new printer because the old one wasn't compatible.

If you hate Windows 8 you can always download the free app "Classic Shell" that will make the computer look and act like Windows 7.
However, there is supposed to be a Windows 8.1 update coming out shortly that will do the same thing, since so many people hate the Windows 8 interface.

I looked into it and Microsoft is making Win 8.1 available for download for all current Win 8 folks on Oct. 1th. I am looking forward to it. I still have problems with windows 8.

However, if your still having problems.. We offer one-on-one training if you're ever interested. We can also help you customize it a bit so you can maximize your experience.. this can include additional software, and even helping you convert your existing display into a touch screen!
