Curves; Ladies only gym

When I was last in The Villages, I saw a Curves at Lake Sumter. Thought about it. Came home to England, saw one near my home, 5 miles away. So, I plucked up my courage and went and had a look see.:o

Lovely folks running the place, made me feel welcome!
In nearly 2 months, I have lost 7 inches from my bod!! :coolsmiley: All the lovely new shorts and pants I bought are now too big for me!! I am shocked :)
I visit the gym 3 times a week for a 30 minute work out, YES 30 minutes!! I never thought it would work, sceptic that I am, but my goodness it does. Lets see what the next 2 months does for me!!:MOJE_whot:

I was a Curves' member when I lived in Northern Virginia. There were a few women on duty who didn't mind if I stayed long on the circuit then you are suppose to stay. I loved it too and lost inches.

There is another Curves located on st. Rt. 441 across from Baylee Plaza.
