Lawn Services??

I am trying to find a lawn service that also takes care of the weeds..My guy only mowes and my weeds keep growing..Any help would be appreciated..

Donna, We're surprised that no one responded to your original question. We also have weeds and would like to know if anyone can suggest any specific weed control products, either spray or granular, which works best on Zoysia grass?

The most upsetting part about all this is, the weeds grow and our lawn guy ignores them..

We heard about using Preen while we are there but that is not very often..

My neighbor has been taking care of them for us..I hate to be a burden on her, even though she is a sweetie..You don't get neighbors like mine very often..

I want a service that does all around lawn care including weeds..Any help is appreciated..

The best product I've found is round up. Get the mix and a pump sprayer. Once you get the weeds under control it is easy. Just be carefull not to spray directly on the plants you want to keep. It is also good for driveway weeds. Don't use on your lawn! Most lawn services don't have the time nor the man power. If they say they will do it I wouldn't necessarily believe them.

Preen is a good suggestion and it's safe for use on Zoysia grass. I'll try it in July and try to persuade my brother-in-law to apply it every two months. It's really not a lot of work.
