Who does Custom made Cornices for glass doors?

We ordered ours at Lowe's. The wife took in a cushion off the couch and and a pillow that matches the bedspread and matched fabric's, rope, etc. Did the whole house at 1/3 the cost. They ship to your door and are easy to hang.
