I purchased outdoor furniture from different stores.... Meaning none of my cushions matched. I tried ordering from an online store but they didn't fit quite right.

Soooooo When in Market of Marion on day I ran into they two nice young men representing "The Perfect Porch" and asked them about cushions. They told me to go to the store and talk to their dad... Billy the owner.

I took my measurements in and a couple of my cushions to the store and talked to Billy.

Picked out a pattern from his "Sunbrella" book and in two weeks, I had my cushions.... Except... They weren't quite right. In fairness to Billy, I wasn't sure what I wanted so wasn't specific.... Billy came out to my home. Looked at my cushions. Remeasured and had the cushions made the way in envisioned them. When the new cushions were ready.... Billy brought them out to the house to assure I was happy!

This gentleman went above and beyond to assure I was happy with my outdoor furniture.

Go ahead... buy the furniture you like! Then... pull it together with matching cushions from The Perfect porch! You won't be sorry!

I will post pictures later....

If you want to know how much it would cost you to have cushions made for YOUR furniture... go to see Billy.... Each cushion will be different. I would not do him an injustice by quoting what I paid... It may not be what you need or want. Different fabrics and different style and size of cushion.

Ha ha Angie - that was going to be my first question. I think this thing about wanting to get prices is I don't want to waste my time or someone else's if the cost is not within my budget.

I bought patio furniture from The Perfect Porch. The set was available at other stores, but was the least expensive at TPP. Had them make up cushions for one of my older pieces I kept from my old set....reasonable cost. Of course, we all have our own ideas of what's reasonable. Worth a drive to the store to get costs at least for me it was.

I had to have some special sizes, I had some standard, I had backs made for the dining set and throw pillows to contrast. Since the fabric one wants may not be the fabric another wants.... I wouldn't consider quoting prices.

The cushions I ordered originally before The Perfect Porch, were nice... not sunbrella... not as firm, and not the exact size for my chairs. But.... much cheaper. Not how I envisioned my lanai to look....

I also put a lot into customer service..... You can get a lot of items cheap.... I want quality and I want to know the company cares about me after they have done the work and have my money. If that's not important to you.... You will do just fine with Wal-Mart cushions. *shrug*

If you value customer service and quality.... The Perfect Porch will suit you just fine. Check it out and say "Hi" to Billy for me! Great guy who cares about his customers!

Angie,

Incredibly nice, beautifully done and wonderful choices. The end result is like a ....Perfect Porch!!! and you are right. They would have to be custom made, you couldn't find all of those sizes at Walmart.

But if you have stock sizes Walmart has some great design choices.

I covered my front porch cushions with outdoor fabric I purchased from Fabric.com for less than eight dollars a yard and the whole thing cost me less than a hundred bucks. They aren't done nicely like yours. I just made big "pillow cases" and slipped the old cushions inside and hand sewed up the ends.

Gracie, the tight.

Wow! You did a great job covering these and they look very nice. What a nice solution for those of us who are on a budget... or, okay, "tight" (and proud of it!)

Love these lanai photos -- thank you for posting them! Gives me ideas for my hopefully future home in TV.
