Comcast helpful rep ..Help!

I'm looking for the name and contact information for the helpful Comcast rep mentioned on the board a while back. Did a search but can't find.

Just spent more than an hour on phone and website and got no where.

I recently saw a posting with a customer contact for the Villages from Comcast. I believe it was a VP attempting to "step up" and resolve some of the garbage Comcast puts their customers through. Can someone pls help me out with this contact person's info?
