Good evening to all the Nice people In the Villages. We would like to get some Information of the residents. We visited the Villages few times From New Port Richey are ( Florida ) And will visit soon too. We liked and want to move up there if we can sell our house . We already contacted to a real-estate agent He was sound nice on the Phone . Any recommendation on good Real-estate agent we can trust?? We are every day People . Our Price range will be round $ 130 K. Plus? Minus ?Is depend how we are going to be able to sell our house . My question is what Can we get for our price range ?? And what neighbor hood and where ? Looking for Like small Villa OR etc." Also we seen in the Villages Doctor Offices . Also to the North entr�e to the community, a Hospital . Was under remodeling . So How is the doctors up there ?? What insurance they take For example From Medicate , Medicare Humana First health Blue cross United etc. Or every thing . ?? Or you have to go to Orlando or Ocala If you need surgery ??. How is shopping we seen in side of the Villages Sweet bay and out side of the Villages Wallmart ?? any Mall?? Round?? Crazy question every one is Wealthy up there ?? Wee seen Very expensive houses and Less expensive houses Different neighbor hood ?? What income you needed If you have paid house $ 150 K range ?? ?? For simple But good life ?? How is the Bond ?? Insurance for the house ?? Sink hole ??How is the European community up there ?? Is it Much wormer summer time and Humid than In the coast like we are ?? We know the Snakes . go to the villages web and look at some preowned...you might find a patio villa for about $130 ish

If you have an Advantage Medicare plan and want to,use the Villages Health Care System, you may want to change to Preferred Care Partners. It is the only Advantage plan they accept.

With all the questions you have, it sounds like the suggestion of renting for about 6 months is a good idea. In that time period, you could tell if The Villages is the best fit for you.

That would be one option. We moved here from Tampa and made frequent day trips, rented a golf cart and explored. Those were fun days. Had a great time.
