We just arrived home after a hectic but great experience in selecting our new home in Pinellas. Even after all the research done on this process, I was not prepared for how smoothly it went. Of course, we had a great designer, Diane Russell, who just simplified everything, offered her expertise but most important, she listened to my wants and ideas and went overboard to make it happen. All the talk of "not being able to do any deviations" was not true at all - what they allowed me to do was amazing. Of course, there were a few things where there was no changes, but we had no problem, as we got so much more than we ever anticipated.
For those of you who have this to look forward to, relax and just let it happen - it's much easier than you think.
Looking forward to the end of the year.
