Had Trim it do our crown molding and frame around windows. The guy who works at Trim it did a great job with that but also had them paint our bathroom cabinets and make a table leaf for my kitchen table and was very disappointing. They seemed very rushed and have not been back to finish what needed to be corrected. I call and they say they will come but have not seen them in months. They were very nice and we made the mistake of paying them in full before the job was done correctly. Once they got their money their attitude completely changed regarding guarantees and commitments. Our request for follow up were not unreasonable. For example the table leaf they built for us was so warped it would not fit in the table and cannot be used. It's been 3 months and numerous calls and still absolutely no sign of them or any hope they will fix their mistake. Also they messed up our bathroom cabinets and left the job on the cabinets as a mess that we will need to hire someone else to fix up. We had about 5 neighbors who were going to use them for jobs that now will not because of our experiences. It's too bad because they seemed real nice while they were here before they received their money for the jobs.
