Are you thinking about a hard cover like a roof or the canvas covers that people add for shade that are removable?

We would look at both options - roof or canvas cover - we are concerned about the rain coming into the entire lanai - any recommendations, costs, etc.? - thanks.

You may want to first check with the architectural review board if you are planning to put a roof on existing birdcage. I read or heard somewhere that there are restrictions.

Does anyone know where to buy a canvas lanai cover or if they keep the rain out?

Thank you so much. Do you know if they truly keep the rain out?

Have one installed 18 months ago by Sunshine Canvas
24x12 = $2500 +/-
Works well keeping sun off and some drizzle
Will not stop harder rain from misting through
Have no idea how long it will last but so far so good
Had to get Architectural Approval . Had to be consistent with home color
