We would like to take guests to dinner at one of the country clubs. Which would be better, Bonifay or Evans Prairie? Should you make reservations? :icon_hungry:

I have only been in The Villages for a few months. I have been to Bonifay a few times, but haven't been to Evans Prairie yet. Bonifay has a great breakfast buffet and also a great Ruben sandwich!

Setting the food aside, Bonifay is soooooooooooo noisy. There's nothing in their interior space to absorb the noise. It's difficult to hold a conversation.

I know you didn't ask this, but the best CC food I've had was at Palmer.

My reply is..I tried to make reservations @ Bonifay...and they do not take reservations for less than 8..it may be 18 but not sure. Evans Prairie don't know but will try after reading the replies.
You may want to consider Nancy Lopez, they do take reservations, and the menu and food is very good.

Another vote for Evans Prairie! I just don't like the looks of Bonifay, to me it looks like a beach cabana. Plus the food is better at EP.

Hacienda food is wonderful, nice atmosphere. Brian is best chef in the area. Hacienda CC that is.

I have to admit I have only eaten at Evans Prairie (3 times) when we did our Lifestyle and then again when we bought and loved the meal every time. It was a friendly atmosphere and not at all noisy. I would bring guests there at the drop of a hat.
