House Cleaning

I am looking for someone to clean my home on a monthly basis. I own a courtyard villa with almost 1800 square feet. I would like the bathrooms scrubbed clean and all the furniture dusted and polished. I have plantation shutters throughout my home and I want them cleaned monthly. There is no carpeting, with the exception of area rugs and the tile needs to be cleaned also. I want my kitchen cabinets washed on the outside. This is a serious post, please don't respond negatively. I currently do all my own cleaning currently and am fastidious about cleaning. I can maintain my home in an orderly fashion, but it is getting increasingly difficult for me to continue the same way as I have in the past. PLEASE HELP.
