I wish I had a community to celebrate the holidays..contacted the Oxford synagogue and tickets are expensive. Guess I can blow my own shofar. Anyway, happy holidays.

Happy New Year to all. I am going to Toronto today to see my two boys and daughter in law, who will be delivering a boy in October. Cannot think of a better start to the New Year, my first grandson on his way.

Reminds me of my friend in CA. She spent quite some time finding just the right shofar, then had her husband outside blowing the horn. This was fairly new to this Methodist gentleman, lol, but he did a great job!
Happy Holiday to you, Kitty and all our Jewish friends here.
