What am I looking at?

I was searching pre-owned homes not sold by The Villages. I found an interesting one at 17681 SE 92nd Grantham Ter . It is located between Highway 42 and El Camino Real. When I looked at the Google map of the location I found an interesting feature. Behind the home are power lines. To the west is SE 86th Belle Meade Circle and the Nancy Lopez golf course and to the east is a baseball field. In between the two and under the power lines there is what looks like a race course. There might be golf carts on the path. (Can’t tell for sure.) Any idea what it is?

You may be looking at the excercise course.It has various stations for sit ups,pull ups ect.It is open to use by all residents at no charge.
