For the last two-three years I would drive along Morse Blvd north of 466 and wonder why the grass looked so patchy and not healthy and just plain...um deplorable. cough

Recently I watched as the old sprinkler system was removed and new pipes laid and some drainage areas redone and new sod patched in and then ...Voila.

As I drove by this morning.

It is lookin' good.

Thank you to the folks who engineered it.

The Green Areas of TV are well maintained and when something doesn't look nice it seems to be fixed in a timely manner. A few days ago I passed some landscapers on South Morse putting down pine straw in the heat of the day and admired their hard work keeping our community looking beautiful. Those of us that live here are blessed.

justjim - 2/3 years - am not so sure that i would say that landscape problem was dealt with in a timely manner! maybe now the landscapers will be sent across the hiway to improve the entrances to the historic side villages! they are so shabby!

njbchbum...I think that when things changed, after the nasty lawsuit against the developer, the people who make those decisions are not the same people that used to make those decisions.

I can't figure it out who does what and why but whoever does it has a lot of letters with a lot of consonants in it with a lot of d's.

A big reason, I think, to leave well enough, alone.
