concrete wall stain

I've noticed what appears to be rust stains from the irrigation sprinklers on the wall at the back of my CYV. Any tips on the best way to clean this without damaging or discoloring the concrete blocks?

I used a product called CLR (I think - I'm still in Ohio, it's in Florida). I think I got it at Color Wheel, on 466. All hardware stores and even Publix probably have it, or something similar.

It's in a gray plastic bottle. Mix according to directions and scrub with a brush, rinse off with a hose. We have since painted our CYV wall a darker tan/taupe instead of the original cream, and rust doesn't seem to show as much, haven't cleaned it since.
