Looking for the comfort chairs not included in home sales

Every time we looked at furnished homes for sale the one thing they wouldn't leave is a black chair. All said it was the most comfortable chair ever. Anyone know what are they called and an idea of price?

had one up north and just didn't like the look in the loft..and really not impressed so back they went
