Anyone use Floor Shoppe to install tile

Thinking about having Floor Shoppe install tile in a CYV - any comments regarding this Company? Thanks

We had them remove carpeting and replace it with tile that matched the tile already installed in our house. They did a great job, were on time and extremely easy to work with, even with us arranging the work remotely

We have been looking to replace tile in our great room that was installed poorly (7 years ago)and with grout that cannot be stained or sealed (they had added acrylic to it) and it looks horrible.
I have researched a lot and was looking into the vinyl plank flooring and spoke with Floor Masters who said they could float that floor over the tile. Sounded good but i wanted to look around (Floor Master did our bathroom tile floosr and laminate in the bedrooms and we loved what they did there) Anyway we stopped today at The Floor Shoppe in Wildwood and they were very nice! We talked about laying the vinyl planking over tile and they said they would never do that as manufacturers would not guarantee the product when laid like that. It made us think. So we looked at some tile again and found a gorgeous Tuscan/ Terra Cotta look like that we fell in love with! We asked about cost (we know it is messy) to rip up existing tile and lay this tile plus having a crew come in to do cleanup and their price was well below anything else we looked at doing including the vinyl planking! So am looking for more reviews on their work!

They do great work and they are very competitive with pricing. Recently a friend had laminate installed to replace carpet in a CYV. She also had them install tile in the lanai and bathrooms. It looks wonderful. I had them install our kitchen backsplash...beautiful. I will be using them to replace the master bath shower tile. Great family owned business

I used them twice and had good work both times. Had my tile laid on the diagonal and they did a great job.

I have a question. When we talked to them about taking up our current tile and laying new tile I was surprised when they said they don't seal the grout as it negates the warranty on the grout? They also said if we did seal it it is recommended to wait a few months? I have never heard of anyone recommending not sealing grout and this has me hesitant to use them. The tile will be in our great room which includes the kitchen and I would hate to have to wait long to seal it and have to move furniture all over again. Plus since the issue I have with our current tile is due to the grout looking bad because it could not be sealed or even stained I want to do what is necessary to make sure it looks nice for a long time. Any thoughts?

We used Gerson Santos who does work for The Villages and some of the local tile companies and he was great and significantly less expensive. Feel free to pm me. You can look at his work.
