My wife an I are moving to TV around the end of the year. I'm looking for a renovation or interior design specialist to help in our purchase because we're thinking of buying an older home and updating it. Are there companies or individuals around that would help during the purchase process so we can pick the right house and project? Has anyone done something similar to this? I'm not looking for someone after the house is bought. --Thanks
