New Frog on Eisenhower Way

We visited TV Aug 1 - 4. Just to check out TV lifestyle. We fell in love with TV and the lifestyle and purchased a spec on Eisenhower Way, closed on Sep 11. So much for "Just looking." It looks like we may be the first to close on Ike's way. Hopefully, we can move in as soon as we sell our South Florida home. Any other Eisenhower fans out there?

There are many posts here which says to bring your checkbook even if you have no intention of buying. One of our friends had the same experience having bought a furnished model home on their first visit. Congratulations! I didn't realize lots opened up around Eisenhauer Rec area.
