My friend bought 2 bottles of balsamic vinegar from Gourmet Fit for a King at the Brownwood Market on Saturday. Somehow one of the bottles cracked when we got home. We went back & the owner was quick to replace it. That's good customer service! I just wanted to share this good experience

at some places the bottles are reused when returned by the customer...hope you didn't get much oil where it didn't belong
