We are renting one of the Manufactured homes in January '08. Does anyone know, if after we pay $50 for residence passes are we eligible to join the various clubs for that month? Also, I heard it is difficult to join any of the water aerobics classes due to the current people rejoining all the time.
We are considering purchasing next year and were wondering if anyone has had any problems with the builder fixing any structural problems? In other words are you happy with the builder's product?
