Hi Everyone, My niece and her husband are thinking of moving to TV but want to try it for a week. Is there an age requirement to stay
for a week and to rent/buy a place in TV? Thanks

Under the statute that enables 55+ developments in Florida is a provision that up to 20% of the homes can be sold to persons under 55. I don't know of any age restrictions in the lifestyle preview program....just need to call and ask. Anybody 50+ can feel comfortable here. Someone (or a couple) in their 40s (or younger) should live and experience it before deciding to make sure they don't feel too out of place.
