Dean's Services damaged my driveway

Dean's Services uses a fast spinning metal blade for edging. After my most recent moving I noticed several pieces to concrete laying along the edge of my driveway. Upon closer inspection I saw several places where my driveway was chipped along the edge. I contacted Dean's who sent out the manager. He told me that some chipping of the driveway is to be expected while edging.

I am not happy. Has anyone else experienced damage to their driveway from Dean's or another contractor?
