Upload question

I am trying to upload a picture to this site in the Classified section (which I have done before). I received this EM (below) and I don't know how to correct. Can someone tell me?

you can use pixlr to make the picture smaller. Open where it says advanced (it isn't really) and reduce the size of your picture Photo editor online - Pixlr.com edit image (http://pixlr.com/)


I also use PicMonkey open edit a photo and use the crop tool, it will make it smaller too, this might be easier to use, Photo editor | PicMonkey: Free Online Photo Editing (http://www.picmonkey.com/)
