Why is it so difficult to find a reliable company to mow my lawn and do weeding? I have been here 3 years and have already gone through 3 and the week number 4! Have had recent company 2 months had to call several time to get the over too what I pay them for, namely cut my damn lawn and do the weeding.
Today, I called and the gal asked me what type of grass I had. I asked what did it matter and she told me that the owner made a decision because of the heavy rain last week, they would only do Bermuda as it grows faster!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! DOH why am I paying for y service when every other house on my street was done by other companies in spite of the rain

I am on the north side of 466 and my (very good) lawn guy will only cut Bermuda! I have a friend in Mallory and he refused to go there because she has zoysia. There has to be a reason.

Give Hometown a call, no problem with zoysia, they cut weekly until the winter season slows the growth down, and give you a choice of zero turn riders, or for a few more bucks they will walk it (less turf damage when the grass is wet). They charge by the month or discount if paid by the year. They are both dependable, and polite!

I wonder why some mowers don't want to mow Zoysia?? Like, half of The Villages has zoysia.? Some lawns, have been taken over by Bermuda, and when that happens, Bermuda prevails!! I'm told, that mowers pick up seeds in threads of wheels, and are dropped in other lawns. (How true that is, I do not know) And being that Bermuda grows so fast, it also seeds fast, and seeds blow all over. Something like a weed seed!! hehe This is a good question to ask @ Twice on Tuesday.
