Have purchased washer/dryer and dish washer from Appliance Direct. They are no different than other retail outlets..........once you buy it - the company takes over on service.
I'm satisfied.

You are better off going to Best Buy, Lowes, or Home Depot. Recently purchased a Washer and Dryer from Best Buy.

Did my home work and chose Best Buy, free delivery/and set-up as well. If it is a washer/dryer that you are shopping for "LG" is your best bet.

We recently purchased appliances for our entire kitchen. We went with the hype and purchased four LG appliances. We are now of the opinion that LG is without a doubt the most overrated appliances being sold today. These were top of the line appliances purchased from Home Depot..

Now to Appliance Direct, in the past we purchased three major appliances from this store and were 100% satisfied. We now wish we had purchased these last applicances also from them.
