I hired Frank D'Angelo for a one year warranty inspection. I thought the place was in excellent shape. Foolish me! The main item was the vent in the back of the microwave did not match up with the vent to the outside. Cracks in the walls everywhere, sinks not caulked properly, gaps in door to the garage, crack in the tile, and a nail pop in the ceiling. Compliments to the warranty department, there have been a parade of contractors immediately after they got the report. Be smart new owners. Hire Frank and be sure your new house is perfect.

Good info to have.....How about a contact phone number for Frank. Also, what was his fee?

We used Frank prior to buying our resale. It was a for sale by owner so we wanted to make sure it was in good condition. Frank was excellent! I highly recommend him.

yes, we used him for our one year warranty insp. He did a great job, and TV repaired everything. I am tempted to have him come out once a year just to make sure everything is ok.

We already talked to him and will call him in the 11th month for an appointment. Our initial punch list had about 35 items. If there are that many items that we can see, I am sure there are many that we cannot see. Many of these were obvious things that should have been fixed before showing us the house.
