We have purchased our home and closed in September in the Village of Woodbury. We're on the way down next week for 4 days with a long list of TO DO'S and one of the first things is to get our Villages ID cards. Just a couple of questions; where do we go to get these and what kind of documentation do we need to bring with us? Also, is there a cost involved? I'm sure that after we move in January, there will be a long line of guests that will be coming to visit. Do we get guest ID's for each individual or can we just get a couple generic passes? Greatly appreciate any direction and can't wait to get there!!

I will also need to pick up our ID cards November 24. We closed August 13.
Am I correct that we need to go to the Brownwood office? Our house is in Pinellas.
What documentation do we need?
Thanks!

I also live in The Pinella's. I got ours at the Brownwood office. They have you in the computer but I brought my closing documents just to be safe. Welcome to the neighborhood that is now known as Pinella Island lol.

If you purchased a newly constructed home, you will go to Brownwood to get your Village IDs. If you purchased a previously owned home, you will go to Lake Sumter Landing to get your IDs. Under both circumstances you will go to the Citizens First Mortgage office. You will need to bring ID (driver's license). They will have you on file as the owner(s) of the property. For guest IDs, you will go to any regional recreation center. You will fill out a guest ID request form where you will need the name, address, date of birth of your guest(s) and the dates they will be here. Welcome to The Villages!
