I see talk of some members purchasing a kit to help with exhaust fumes from back flowing into the cab. Where are you guys purchasing this kit? If its a dealer ship can you provide the phone number? Worried the fumes might give my grandson a headache on the longer rides with windshield in up position. Its a newer 2013 carbruater cart if that helps.

Jiffy muffler in Wildwood. On route 301 near 44A. They will come to your house pick up your cart and return it the next day with exhaust installed. The pipe(s) exit the rear rear below the bumper.

If you are handy and you can install the pipe, it can be bought online for 40 bucks.

All the ones I've seen are a 90 degree silicone elbow fitting and a piece of pipe held on with hose clamps. Looks like you could assemble the parts for $4 @ Home Depot.

Pipes are clamped @ The engine. It vibrates too much and breaks any welds.

How well does this work? Is the exhaust smell greatly improved? Is the pipe visible from the rear of the cart? Tell us about your experience with this change.

The pipe exits underneath and out from the rear bumper. Mine had chrome exhaust tips. Looks like an exhaust pipe that you would see on a car, only a smaller diameter. He has several chrome tips to choose from.
The exhaust smell doesn't drift up under the seat like the stock set up.
