Are there any Community or Four year Colleges close by TV ?

When I do retire to TV, I very much want to see if I can do some part time 'teaching' in a 2 yr or 4 yr college nearby... I always wanted to teach as I minored in education in college. After 38 years in banking IT, I have a bunch of experience to pass on! What do you think? Thanks!

The University of Central Florida has a campus in both Ocala and Leesburg. http://regionalcampuses.ucf.edu/index.asp (http://regionalcampuses.ucf.edu/index.asp) Ocala and Leesburg also have Community Colleges.
