I feel fortunate to have this forum to ask questions. "Do you have a favorite roofer that you, specifically, have used and like" ? I would like to replace a roof on a colony villa, stress free. Since the estimates, so far, have such a wide range in price, I thought it prudent to ask my fellow Villagers on Talk of The Villages for helpful suggestions.You can email me here or info@arrachmeart.com, 828-230-6613. Our CYV neighborhood north of 466 hired Scott Smith Roofing earlier this year, and approximately 40 units had their roofs replaced. I am very pleased with my new roof and I don't know of any complaints from my neighbors. I recommend him (other than being a satisfied customer, I have no connection with this company).

I've had Quality Services re-roof my ranch in Rio Ponderosa (Feb, 2013). Of the three quotes, they were best by far. They did what they said they would do and on the day they said they'd do it.

A very pleasant experience.

Yes, he is very dependable.
