First, let me praise the treatment, consideration and response I get from the health care professionals there (Colony location). But dealing with the office that handles their billing is another story entirely. Bills I have received are inaccurate. Payments I've made are not recognized and, as far as I can tell, aren't deducted from balances. Phone calls typically go directly to voice-mail, and call-backs are not received. On the one occasion when I actually spoke with a living person, she admitted their billing system is a mess.
It seems like they are not geared to handle the large and growing patient base.
Am I the only one experiencing this kind of frustration?
