golf carts crossing buenos aires

to update folks on this buenos aires golf cart crossing issue. the "no carts beyond this point" signs are now down but i didn't see any golf cart crossing signs for motorists to notice
so with truck traffic coming off 441 i'm not sure how safe a crossing it is
.i've seen enough car on car accidents with traffic coming off 441 into the villages. to think this situation is safe even if it is now legal.

Interesting isn't it? Two months ago, it was too dangerous to cross. Effect, August (whatever date) it's not dangerous anymore.

in the 8 years i've lived in the villages i've seen roads go from golf cart crossable to no crossing and back to crossable. i.e. el camino between santiago and alhambra.
buenos aires was also crossable by golf cart when the gas station first opened not sure if it was illegal but there was no village sign saying not to cross. and lots of us did it.
