Is something happening between the TV Charter Schools?

I read in a Blog that there are 76 acres on 466 between the TV Charter Schools that are going to be developed?
I'm assuming that's the south side of 466. I think it's parking lots now and maintenance buildings.

I'm wondering if anyone knows anything about what is happening there.
