The 2013 LPGA season has brought us lots of surprises. We have had first time winners. We have had winners from 7 different countries. Five Major Championships were played for the first time, with one player (Inbee Park) winning 3 of them. We have even had 4 players win multiple championships this year. However the biggest surprise to date has to be the tumble taken by Yani Tseng.

I know, she is trying really hard but has just lost her confidence. Certainly not playing her best. We've seen it with a number of famous golfers, men and women. They have the magic for only so long, then they fall off the map. I hope she is able to make it back.

Tony, I have a question. I don't think I've ever seen you post about anything but the LPGA. You get very little if any replies to most of your posts. What is it about the LPGA that you love so much that you've taken it upon yourself to be a one man rooting section for them? I like watching the ladies swing a club also, so this is in no way a criticism. I was just wondering about your single mindedness.

My wife and I have been going to tournaments for years. We go to the U.S. Open, British Open and about 5 others annually I have press credentials issued to me by the LPGA, allowing me access to the tournaments, and we know most of the players.

As far as not a lot of discussion on here, that is true. But there are plenty of people who read but don't comment. That is fine. I don't make a penny if you come to my website, I don't advertise. My main purpose is to promote the LPGA.
