HEARD A RUMOR THAT A DEVELOPER IS TRYING TO BUILD A LOW DENSITY COMPLEX WEST OF THE BAPTIST CHURCH ON HWY 42....HAS ANYONE HEARD ANYMORE ABOUT THIS ??????

About one week ago, the developer went before the commission and was told that he could now use CDD's like TV whether the developer sells the common areas to the residents without their knowledge. The developer then withdrew his application. So nothing's going to happen for a while, I suspect. I got this information from The Star Banner.
