Not on the lake, they are "on the lake".........not actually on the lake. They are in the neighborhood which is on the lake. The big $$$$ ones are yet to come.:$::$::$::$:

Yes. Lots of them are built on golf courses.

I don't think there had been any NEW Premier homes available to buy for a short time.

A number of them are under construction as I type. Two are for sale.
