19 days until our Design meeting!

Not that I'm counting or anything.....

Just have to say we are EXCITED!!!!!!

Planning to close in late February-ish! Really looking forward to this new adventure!!

Anyone else have a recent Design appt that could share their experience?

I know there are only a few of us left building custom. When there in Oct the sales agents we met at open houses said that Design is allowing many things that were denied earlier.:mmmm:

Would love to hear of other's Design experience.

I know exactly how you feel. We are approaching our 1 year anniversary and it seems impossible that a year could have gone by since we were also counting the days. I think of you when I go by where I believe your lot is located and think how much you will enjoy the view from your lanai. Best of luck waiting on your design meeting!

I bet that 1st year flew by for you. By now, you are a seasoned resident, living the dream!

Good for you Dottie! We got lots of stuff at our meeting in July. Some were not on list anymore. The Gardinia going up next o us has a few things nit normally offered. Frankly, (and I don't mean this with any malice whatsoever) if the price is right, why not put it in! It's exciting. Just rememberyour golf clubs.
