Has anyone experienced Owens Corning admitting they shipped and had installed "defective shingles" and they would reimburse for the shingles but the customer must pay for the labor to replace the defect product?:ho:

I have two neighbors who replaced their roofs, labor and material were paid by Owens Corning.

No they both were contacted by Owens Corning.
