One year to go and counting

Hello folks , just wanted to say Hi , I am counting the day's this will (hopefully) be my last Minnesota winter ,sell the house and make the big move to the villages .
I am reading through these topics for quit some time and I really appreciate all the useful information you guy's are providing

I have also been reading all the posts for awhile. But I decided to post this after reading yours. We have been up twice and LOVED every minute. We are from south fl. My original plan was to buy in five yrs but after experiencing TV, we decided to come quicker. I love reading all the posts. What wonderful people with such good advice about everything. Its so funny because I go online everyday to the village site and realtor sites and look at all the houses for sale. Boy they sure sell quick. I also have been reading the posts and decided to write one after reading yours. I'm so happy that you decided to make the Big move! Our original plan was to buy in 5 yrs but after staying at TV two different times decided to make the move in 2 yrs instead. It's so funny because I go to the TV site and realtor sites everyday and check all the homes for sale...I'm obsessed. Boy they sure sell quick! There is a world of information on this site from such wonderful people. I have learned sooo much. Good luck to you and before you know it you will be enjoying Fl! :thumbup:

After 2 visits and 1 stay, we are finally bidding on a property over on Paradise Lake. While we won't be moving for a couple of years yet, we look forward to becoming villagers, if only part time. Any other people on Paradise lake out there?

Don't want to hijack your thread but I have one year and 321 days before full time (not that I'm counting).

We also came, saw, loved and bought. We have been renting our house out to full time people for over 2 years now and will be coming down ourselves permanently in June. We can't wait but we haven't started counting the days yet. Too many days and too many things to get rid of and to put in order first! We are also VERY excited to be finally coming to TV.
