Home owners insurance?

are there any local insurance companies with local agents?

I know there are several "agents" who will go across the planet to find different providers. I am trying to avoid that if at all possible.

Is there a local agent who may represent a not so local provider that you are happy with? Have had them for how long?

We've used Sumter-Marion Insurance for over seven years. They represent many insurance companies and are super-nice & helpful. One office is in the strip mall where Publix is on 466.
