Possibly the wave of the future. Perhaps this would help reduce serious accidents, looks like a bumper car, but probably not trail worthy. Looks like it would take up more than half a parking spot, would love to see the commotion that would create!

Now we're talkin'. Sign me up for one of these babies. I could zip around to the other side of my "ocean" in no time.

Is it Street Legal????

$65,000 Just Like Bubba Watson, You Too Can Own A Hover Golf Cart - Forbes (http://www.forbes.com/sites/calebmelby/2013/04/19/just-like-bubba-watson-you-too-can-own-a-hover-golf-cart/)

Should solve the problem of living in another community, i.e. Stonecrest, Spruce Creek South, and not being able to access TV multi-modal paths because of rough/unpaved terrain.

Don't think it would fit on the bridge.

No problem, it can drive alongside of it, on the water

Not much water on 441/27 to float on to get across.

Not much water on 441/27 to float on to get across.

It doesn't float in the water, but rides on a cushion of air which keeps it above whatever landscape it travels on. The only time it would need to float is if it breaks down. These craft do have a semi-boat hull so they can float if needed ,when it breaks down or runs out of fuel.

I would like to be able to hear one. The video does not really let the sound of the vraft come through. It has to be fairly noisy to be able to generate enough force to lift the vehicle.....just a guess on my part.

I understand how they work but the point I was making was that there is no water under the bridge to get across 441/27 and it is too wide for the bridge. That's all...

No problem.

I have been in one a couple times. They are a bit difficult to steer at slower speeds as they tend to "side-slip", but once they get going they are great. The one thing I liked is that we were able to cross very shallow water that could not have been navigated by boat.
