I really need to give a "shout out" to Lysander Jimenez from Brighthouse.

My mother is in the process of moving into our home in Collier. I contacted Lysander to schedule installation for today. They arrived on time and did a great job. This evening my mom was having trouble getting one of her televisions connected so she called Lysander. HE CAME TO THE HOUSE almost immediately and helped her get everything set up.

This would NEVER have happened with our unnamed cable provider in Ohio! I would probably still be on hold!

I second this opinion! Lysander also showed up at our house last month when we arrived and called him re issues with Brighthouse turning our service back on. We have never had this kind of service from a cable / Internet company.
