Shuttle parking

If I take the shuttle to the airport, where in Sumter Landing can I park my car while I am gone. Any problem leaving it at the shuttle station or parking lot behind the square or isn't this permitted?

"Guidelines" say you can't leave your car there for any protracted length of time! I'll agree that that's somewhat of a nuisance.
Here's how I've solved the problem, sort of. Since my brother lives near by, I may have an advantage, but I'll bet several of your neighbors would help out, too. I merely tell him approximately where I'll leave my car, give him a set of keys, and he comes and takes it to his place (a neighbor could bring it back to your house), then he brings it back shortly before I'm due home and leaves it in a nearby spot for me to collect. This works especially well when I take a Cruise Connection coach from the McDonald's on 27/441 to Fort Lauderdale.

What we do is arrange for one of The Villages Taxis. The cost is not that much and no hassle of worrying about car. Also, when you return, the driver will always ask, "Who needs a taxi?" And one will be waiting for you at the Transportation Center.

I too use the taxi runs around $8 -$10.
