I was asked by admin, to set up a personal account in addition to my SPONSOR account "Sprinkler Buddy", to post personal comments . I'm making this clear to all now so once someone figures out that I'm really "Sprinkler Buddy", they know I'm not trying to hide my true identity. Makes no sense to me but I'll do as admin wishes.

I think I can help you see why from the point of view of a reader. When I see a post from someone representing a commercial company, I expect them to be selling me some service or product. Therefore, I am not listening to you unless I'm interested in what you sell.
When you make a comment that has nothing to do with your product, I wonder if there is subtle manipulation. In short, if you want to say something personal, you should not wear your sprinkler buddy hat if you want me to respectfully and with equanimity, hear your opinion.
Imagine how it would color your perception if I called myself
"holierthanthou" or "uneedashrink" or "offwithheads"...the name can imply an attitude, and sprinkerbuddy always made me wonder what is he selling now, and I mostly ignored your posts. welcome to TOTV, Leo.
I hope you can separate Leo and Buddy in your posts, but so far you are O for 1. :welcome:

That I can. :-)

I hope you and others understand why I made my true identity known upfront. Lord only knows what I would be accused of if I didn't down the road.

Using ones true identity should be a requirement.
