This time next year we should have a pretty good idea about the buildout of TV. Morse completion to 44 will be another milestone that will shorten the time for many going to Leesburg and Mt. Dora. Maybe a couple of years left to buy a new home.

I was told in May of 2010 that the final build would occur in two years so if I wanted a new home I had better move on it promptly:blahblahblah:

Is Morse Rd. eventually going to connect to the turnpike? If so, when?

Morse will end at Hwy 44. Now you will be able to take Morse to 44, cross over and it turns into 468. That will go to the Turnpike when the new Turnpike Entry and Exit is built. Suppose to be done by 2015.
But Morse will end at 44, There will be a Reg Rec Center at that entry. Should be a really nice Villages Entry there.
Unless they build on the other side of 44 that will be it.

everyone who lives inthe Villages Sanibel ,Fernandina, Gilchrest and other neighborhoods along Pinellas Place need to remember to look to the left as they approach the roundabout at Morse and Pinellas Place, since there will be a lot of traffic going south now. :crap2:

I went down Morse to check it out. I knew there was building going on there but I was not prepared for the shear numbers of houses that will be built. TV may be getting a little too crowded.
