Every time I log on the computer, the following dialog box appears:

Run DLL

There was a problem starting c:\program3/6jdo4jjr3.dss. The specified module could not be found.

Since I simply "x" out of it and continue using the computer, I am wondering if it is something I need to be concerned about. I tried checking it out on the microsoft website, and that left my head spinning. I am no computer genius...way too complicated for me.

Should I be concerned? Thank you.

Good morning! Did you google that to see if anyone is having that problem? I usually start there.

The DLL stands for Data Link Library and it is looking for a program that used to be on your computer which you may have deleted or is damaged. The fix is to edit your Startup file to remove the referenced DLL from the Run area. Take the computer to any computer shop or as Villageshooter recommended to the Computer Club. It is a 60 second fix.

This one is fairly simple to follow...click on the last line to download a fix...good luck.
